AKC and UKC CH Monterey Something2TalkAbout
(aka My My) really is something to talk about.
My My has exceptional substance and a big, square head yet she is not a coarse bitch. She has just about the best attitude and a zest for living we've ever seen in a terrier. She is smart as a whip and never misses a trick, and she gets along with with other bitches without ever a high hair or a growl. Her temperament is second to none. My My was shown both in the AKC and the UKC. In the AKC and was WB/BW and BOS to Foxwarren Simon her first weekend in the ring. In the UKC My My quickly finished her championship and rose to the Top Ten in that venue in a very few weekends. My My's AKC show career was cut short due to a back injury. After 2 1/2 years of therapy the injury was no longer a problem, and so we began showing her again in the AKC in April 2006. My My finished her AKC championship with 4 majors under judges Mr. George J. Heitzman, Mrs. Alice M. Watkins, Mr. Richard L. Bauer and Mr. Robert E. Hutton. When you see the reach and drive this bitch has you know that she is aptly named. Add to her outstanding structure and movement her long, graceful neck, wire hard coat, very small and very flexible chest and she is the stuff that top quality terriers are made of. My My was bred to CH Falling Branch Bold As Brass owned by Kelly Meeks-Childs. She gave us 3 girls and 1 gorgeous male that has his father's head, his mother's body and his grandsire's (CH Farmcliff Ben of Childs Play) long, super laid back upper arm. The male, Falling Branch Solid Brass is owned and loved by Ida Eggen in Norway. Leo will begin his show career this year (2008). Her second litter, two beautiful tan & white boys, is by a linebred Ben grandson. We can hardly wait until these boys are old enough to evaluate. You can be sure one of them will stay right here at Falling Branch. My My is solely owned by Liz McKinney.
